The biography of Plamen Paskov began in southern Bulgaria, in the small town of Dimitrovgrad, where he was born on September 12, 1965. Plamen is one of the two sons of Panayot and Khristinka Paskov, he received his secondary education in his native Dimitrovgrad, after which he went to military service.

In 1985, Plamen entered the Higher Institute of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, and, having become a certified veterinarian, opened an office. A few years later, Paskov became the owner of the clinic, he was engaged in the treatment of both cattle and small animals. In the mid-1990s, together with partners, Paskov created the first software in Bulgaria for diagnosing animal diseases. It was for the implementation of this program that Paskov was invited to Russia.

There is no article on Paskov in Wikipedia in Russian. From his interview it is known that Plamen arrived in Moscow in the summer of 1999, at first he installed computer software in veterinary clinics, then he began to provide services for organizing a veterinary business, as well as management and consulting. After Paskov wrote several books that, according to him, became bestsellers, he began to be involved in marketing research of the Russian zoo and veterinary market for Western companies.

As Paskov says in an interview, he came into politics after realizing that business, not only veterinary, but business in general, is dependent on political trends and cannot be considered sovereign, which, of course, harms the economy. It was then that Plamen began to develop a system of political views, which attracted the attention of the media to him.

Despite the fact that Paskov has lived in Russia since 1998, in 2015 he decided to run for mayor of his hometown, and a year later to participate in the presidential elections. However, both attempts by the veterinarian to win elections and become a professional player in the political field failed, and as an expert political scientist he is recognized mainly only in the Russian information space.

Plamen’s speeches about the world government and the conspiracy of the world elites become especially resonant, however, his conspiracy conclusions often do not stand up to criticism. So, in particular, Paskov’s reasoning about a substance known as adrenochrome cannot be called anything other than profane, because it is only the phrase that “using adrenochrome you can run into schizophrenia” casts doubt on the competence of the Bulgarian self-taught political scientist.

The Bulgarian doctor does not talk about his personal life, however, on some Internet resources you can find information that his wife is Elena Antonova, a veterinarian by profession, candidate of veterinary sciences. At the same time, there is no photo of Paskov’s alleged wife on the Internet. It is known that Antonova also holds the position of head of the creative department and head of integration and adaptation of software in Russia and other countries at Edlinay Co., a company founded by Paskov.

No less heated discussions flare up about Paskov’s opinion about the coronavirus and the vaccine developed by Russian scientists, as well as about chipping the population, with the aim, according to the veterinarian, to subjugate people and exercise control over them.

Plamen posted a new forecast on November 15, 2020, he talked about the US elections and the consequences of the already known election result, however, in his usual manner, he did not rule out that Donald Trump would make some efforts to stay for a second term. Also in the latest videos, the Bulgarian doctor predicts fatal events that could happen in December 2020 and calls the end of the year scary.

A wide range of topics that Paskov covers on his YouTube channel gives an idea of ​​​​his knowledge in various areas of life, in the world order and politics, however, the question of who Plamen Paskov is can only be answered based on his education. In an interview, Paskov often jokes that he is a simple veterinarian and does not have an education that would give him the right to be called a political scientist or politician, but in the information space of Russia he is called that way, and he himself does not hesitate to enter into disputes with recognized experts in areas of politics and express their bold, and even daring ideas.
